LOCATION: CoBank, 6340 S. Fiddler’s Green Circle, Greenwood Village, Co 80111

PROGRAM: Steve Franklin is the Director of Learning and Development at CoBank. We’ll be meeting in the BRAND-NEW gorgeous CoBank building. Steve will be discussing his experience with Attracting, Retaining, and Working with the Millennial Generation.

SPEAKER BIO: Steve Franklin is responsible for the learning and development functions for CoBank University. Leading a team of training professionals, Steve oversees the development and delivery of all programs in CoBank University’s several colleges, including the Leadership Excellence program and the Quick Harvest Lunch and Learn programs. Prior to joining CoBank in 2008, he served as a senior sales trainer for Lehman Brothers Bank, where he was responsible for training the national sales force at Aurora Loan Services. He also has worked as a senior sales trainer for Great-West Healthcare and before that was a practicing attorney. Mr. Franklin holds a juris doctorate in business law from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Colorado College.

PARKING: Follow the signs for visitor parking in the garage. Parking is limited, so if there is no room in the garage, you may have to park on the street.

UPON ARRIVAL: Come into the building (up one flight) and check in with the guard. We will be in the CoBank University room on the 2nd floor.

CONSULTANTS: We are committed to maintaining a 50/50 practitioner/consultant ratio. All consultants will be placed on a waiting list and confirmed in order, UNLESS you BYOP (Bring Your Own Practitioner). This is per meeting. If you want to be guaranteed attendance, reach out to your practitioner friends in Talent Management, invite them to attend the meeting, and give your name when they register. We have not had a problem with our ratios at any previous meeting, but we will send a final confirmation three days prior.
